Terms And Conditions - My Aria App

1. Introduction

These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”)govern your access to and use of the My Aria mobile application and relatedservices provided by DCENTRIC HEALTH LTD, a company incorporated under the lawsof Cyprus with registration number HE 391425 and registered address at 7 AgiouMina Str., Panorama Residence Block B, Flat 101, Limassol, P.C. 4104(“Dcentric”, “we”, “us”, or “our”).

By downloading, registering for, or using the My Aria application (“My Aria App”), you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, you must not use the My Aria App.

2. Services Provided

My Aria enables users to:
· Securely view and manage their health data from connected healthcare providers and smart devices;
· Participate in research studies and health-related tasks;
· Earn rewards for study participation, survey completion, and data sharing, where applicable;
· Receive study-related notifications and reminders.

My Aria does not provide clinical diagnosis, treatment, or emergency services and should not be relied upon for medical advice or urgent healthcare.

3. Eligibility and User Obligations

You must:
· Be at least 18 years old;
· Be capable of providing informed consent under applicable law;
· Provide accurate and up-to-date personal information;
· Not share your login credentials with anyone else.

Use of My Aria is restricted to individuals who are not barred from using such services under applicable law.

4. Account Registration and Access

To use the My Aria App, you must:
· Create a user account with a verified email address and password;
· Optionally verify your identity through a connected healthcare provider to retrieve medical data;
· Agree to these Terms and the Privacy Policy.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. If you believe your account has been compromised, please contact us immediately at aria@myaria.health.

5. Data Collection and Privacy

Dcentric collects and processes personal data in accordance with EU Regulation 2016/679 (General Data Protection Regulation, or GDPR) and applicable Cyprus law. Key privacy principles:
· We collect personal and health-related data only with your explicit consent or as required to fulfil our services;
· You have the right to access, correct, delete, and export your data;
· You may withdraw consent at anytime;
· Data is stored securely and is not shared without your permission, except where legally required.

6. Research Participation and Rewards

Users may choose to opt in to research studies and data sharing opportunities listed within the app.

By opting in:
· You agree to the study-specific consent process;
· You authorise Dcentric to collect relevant data for the study purposes;
· You may receive points or other incentives as described in the study details.

Participation is entirely voluntary and can be withdrawn at any time.

7. Prohibited Activities

You agree not to:
· Use the app for unlawful, harmful, or fraudulent purposes;
· Attempt to gain unauthorised access to our systems;
· Misrepresent your identity or affiliation;
· Interfere with or disrupt the operation of the platform.

8. Intellectual Property

All content and technology within the MyAria App are owned or licensed by Dcentric. Users receive a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the app for personal, non-commercial purposes.

You may not:
· Copy, modify, reverse engineer, or distribute the app or its content;
· Use our trademarks without prior written permission.

9. Service Modifications and Availability

You may delete your account at any time via the app or by contacting us. We reserve the right to terminate or suspend access if you breach these Terms or misuse the platform.

Upon termination:
· Your access to the app is revoked;
· Any rewards not claimed may be forfeited;
· We will delete or anonymise your personal data, subject to legal obligations.

10. Termination

You may delete your account at any time via the app or by contacting us. We reserve the right to terminate or suspend access if you breach these Terms or misuse the platform.

Upon termination:
· Your access to the app is revoked;
· Any rewards not claimed may be forfeited;
· We will delete or anonymise your personal data, subject to legal obligations.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:
· Dcentric shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages;
· We do not guarantee the accuracy of third-party health data;
· We are not liable for decisions made based on data within the app.

12. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Cyprus. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Limassol, Cyprus.

13. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms periodically. If we make significant changes, we will notify you via email or in-app notice. Your continued use of the app constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
